Terms of Service

By signing up for woco you agree to these terms. Plain English, no surprises.

The service

woco is a personal task triage tool. We use Claude (Anthropic) to extract structure from text and images you provide. We do not sell or share your data with third parties beyond what is operationally required to run the service (database hosting, payments, email).

Your account

You’re responsible for your password and what happens under your account. Don’t share intake URLs with people you don’t trust — anyone with the URL can drop content into your inbox.

Billing

Free 14-day trial, no card. After that, $9 USD per month, billed monthly via Stripe. Cancel anytime in your billing portal — you keep access until the end of the current period.

Acceptable use

Don’t use woco for illegal activity, harassment, or to process content that violates Anthropic’s usage policies. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Liability

woco is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it running but make no warranties. Don’t use it as the sole record for anything critical (legal, medical, financial). Total liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms. We’ll email you if anything material changes.
